Dr. Babajide Ogunseinde is a board-certified orthopedic spine surgeon with over 15 years of high-volume surgical experience and 8,000+ spine procedures performed. He earned his MD from Howard University College of Medicine as class valedictorian, completed his orthopedic surgery residency through the Harvard Combined Orthopaedic Residency Program, and trained as a Clinical Fellow in Spine Surgery at Harvard Medical School — spanning Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Women's Hospital.
Dr. Ogunseinde is the innovator of the
FDA-cleared Posteromedial-to-Lateral (PML) SI Joint Fusion Technique, with over 2,000 SI fusion procedures performed and peer-reviewed findings published in the Journal of Clinical Spine Surgery (2025). He established the first multidisciplinary spine program in East Texas and has been invited to present his technique at international conferences including the World Society of Osseointegration in Singapore and the Hospital for Special Surgery Spine Symposium in New York.
