Dr. Steven C. Anagnost is a board-certified orthopedic spine surgeon with 25+ years of practice in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He earned his MD from the University of Tennessee Center for Health Sciences and completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at the University of Louisville School of Medicine, followed by a dedicated spine fellowship at the prestigious Leatherman Spine Center in Louisville — one of the nation's leading spine surgery training programs.


A pioneer in minimally invasive spine surgery, Dr. Anagnost served as National Chairman of multiple minimally invasive spine conferences and has been recognized for his published research on spinal fusion outcomes, earning the Orthopaedics Today Top Studies of the Year Award (2000). He has served as Director of Orthopaedic Spine Surgery and Section Chief of Orthopedics at Hillcrest Medical Center, and is a longtime clinical faculty member of the Oklahoma State University Orthopaedic Residency Program.
